What goes around, comes around! Former nurse aide students joined in to share feedback and score the current class on their skills as they prepare for the state MNA exam coming up February 21. This is a wonderful opportunity for these students to learn where their strengths are (or maybe aren’t) before testing for this high-demand certification.
They must be able to demonstrate 33 nursing assistant skills and will be required to perform five during the exam. They don’t know in advance which five will be requested, so must be proficient in all of them. They must also pass a 75-question written exam and score at least 70 percent.
