Mrs. Duvall was selected as our next Gnomie Homie. Mrs. Duvall puts in a lot of time taking care and organizing our ESS program and puts a tremendous amount of time and effort into our summer school program. Her "Happy Planner" helps her get all of these things done and suits her well. Her students love her class and speak very highly of her and that her classes are fun and a great time while still learning. Mrs. Duvall also puts in time with the Academic Team, seems to always be working late and even spends some of her weekend in the building preparing and planning. Mrs. Duvall is a wonderful part of our staff so please congratulate her when you see her!

GCHS has a new tradition to recognize the efforts of its staff, the Gnomie Homie Award! Every few weeks we will be selecting a staff member that exemplifies the best of GCHS and awarding them with our GCHS Gnome. Our first Gnomie Homie is Mrs. Justis! Mrs. Justis was selected because she is always willing to help colleagues and looking out for her students, encouraging them and helping them in the classroom. We frequently get emails from Mrs. Justis bragging about accomplishments of her students, and colleagues as well! If we ever need someone to work the Gate or volunteer for other job Mrs. Justis sGood job Mrs. Justis and thank you for the positivity and willingness to help your colleagues and the students of GCHS!
